Most of the ongoing services attached to your Form My Company package — your registered office, your director service address, your confirmation statement filing, and your mail handling — are free for the first twelve months, then renew annually from that point on. Which renewal applies to you depends on which package your company was originally formed under, and every address used across every renewal below is the same Bolton BL1 registered office, so none of your directors’ or PSCs’ home addresses ever need to appear on the Companies House public register.
Each renewal is billed as a single annual fee, shown in full here with VAT stated separately, so there is nothing added at checkout beyond the price listed against your package. We will also email you ahead of your renewal date to confirm both the date and the fee.

The Registered Office Annual Renewal, at £250 + VAT, covers only the Bolton BL1 registered office, director service address, and basic mail scanning. What happens if I do not renew my registered office or package?
Your company keeps existing, but it loses whatever that renewal covered. Since every UK company must always have a valid registered office on file, letting this lapse without arranging a replacement means Companies House has nowhere current to send official correspondence, and any confirmation statement or PSC Register maintenance included in your renewal stops being handled on your behalf.
Can I move up to a higher renewal tier than the one I originally started on?
Yes. If your company’s needs have grown since it was formed — for example you now want confirmation statement filing or PSC Register maintenance included — you can move to a higher renewal tier at your next renewal date rather than staying on your original package’s terms indefinitely.
Will my confirmation statement be filed the moment I renew?
No. Under the Digital & Print, Fully Inclusive, and Non-UK Residents renewals, your confirmation statement is filed in line with your company’s own next due date, not on the date the renewal itself is processed. A statement needed sooner than that has to be purchased and filed as a separate service.
Is mail forwarding included in every renewal tier?
Basic government mail scanning is included even in the standalone Registered Office Annual Renewal, while the Privacy Package Renewal and every tier above it include the fuller allowance of ten free scanned items a year, with £2 charged per scan after that.
Do I need the Non-UK Residents renewal if I have since moved to the UK?
Not necessarily. If you have relocated to the UK permanently since forming your company, the Fully Inclusive renewal typically covers everything you still need — registered office, confirmation statement, and PSC Register maintenance — without paying for the coworking and overseas mail forwarding built for a non-resident director.
Will I be reminded before my renewal is due?
Yes. We email you ahead of your renewal date to confirm both the date and the fee that applies to your specific renewal, so nothing is taken or lapses without advance notice.
