Document Shipping & Forwarding Details

As part of our registered office and company formation services, we receive official correspondence and documents on behalf of our clients. These may include documents from Companies House, UK Government departments, banks, and other official organisations.

If you require any physical documents to be forwarded, we can arrange secure delivery through Royal Mail. A £5 document processing and handling fee applies for each parcel dispatched, in addition to the Royal Mail delivery charge selected by the client.

UK Clients – National Document Delivery

This service is available for clients who are living in the United Kingdom and require their company documents or official correspondence to be posted to a UK address.

We can forward documents, including:

Official government letters
Bank correspondence and cards
Business-related documents
Any other authorised mail received at your registered office address

International Clients – Overseas Document Delivery

This service is available for clients who live outside the United Kingdom and require their UK company documents or official correspondence to be delivered internationally.

Many overseas clients use our registered office service when forming a UK company remotely. We can forward important physical documents received at your registered office, including:

Clients must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery prices may vary depending on the destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Each separate parcel requires a separate £5 processing fee.
