Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.

Services and Packages
Company Registration
We facilitate company registrations through the relevant government authorities and authorised channels. However, we cannot guarantee approval of any application, as all decisions are made solely by the relevant authority.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on official processing times and external factors beyond our control.
Virtual Office and Business Services
Our virtual office services may include a registered office address, business address, mail handling, telephone answering services, compliance support, and related business services. Features and availability depend on the package selected.
Packages may be upgraded or supplemented with additional services, which may incur additional charges.
Unless otherwise required by law, services become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Our Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, certain elements of our Services depend upon third-party providers, including government agencies and external service providers.
Payments and Billing
All fees are charged in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers. By purchasing our Services, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, including any recurring charges for subscription-based services.
Late or failed payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of Services.
Any government filing fees, taxes, duties, or other statutory charges are your responsibility unless expressly included within your selected package.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the amount paid less a £20 administration fee, which will be deducted to cover administrative and processing costs.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. For customers located outside the United Kingdom, refunds may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information required for company registrations and other Services.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in delays, rejection of applications, cancellation of Services, or legal consequences.
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, spam, money laundering, or unauthorised collection of personal data.
Where applicable, you are responsible for ensuring your business activities comply with all laws and regulations within your jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, branding, software, documents, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Form My Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or decisions made by Companies House, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), government departments, banks, payment providers, or any other third-party organisations.
Our Services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Form My Company, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
- any inaccurate or misleading information supplied by you.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services immediately, with or without notice, where you breach these Terms or where continued provision of the Services would be unlawful or inappropriate.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Unless otherwise required by law, any fees already paid remain non-refundable.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
